All of these services are available to order on a fixed fee basis and are VAT free. We combine value for money trademark services together with excellent customer service. UK trademarks are available from £295 and EU trademarks from £1300.

Stages to Trademark Registration

The stages to registration are as follows:-

1. Search - this determines the availability of your mark.

2. Application - we apply for your mark in the classes of goods or services that you require protection for.

3. Registry check - the appropriate trade mark Registry looks at the application to determine whether they are happy with the application. In the event that a Registry objects to an application we will be happy to make representations on your behalf but please be aware that this will incur further fees - we will establish these with you before proceeding.

4. Opposition - this is a period of up to 3 months where a 3rd party has the right to oppose a trade mark application if they see fit. In the event that a this party objects to an application we will be happy to make representations on your behalf but please be aware that this will incur further fees - we will establish these with you before proceeding.

5. Registration - if no opposition is received or an opposition is successfully defeated, then your mark will become registered and a certificate issued.
